Why strength and conditioning programs? 

Our approach to fitness is science-based. This wholistic view of how your body moves and functions together is the foundation to programs we design.

We have a number of training formats depending on your goals and availability.

Here is an example of a strength and conditioning program for our adult group classes.

Our strength programing is designed for four week blocks broken down into four days. By design, each week builds off of the one before. So, by the time you do "Day 4" for the 4th week, you should be at your best (just in time to switch up the programing again!). Strength classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Conditioning classes are a great way to improve your fitness level outside of strength days.  This interval training is different every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Do you work with kids?

Absolutely. Young athletes train with Aptitude all year long. However, you must be at least 14 years old to train with Aptitude.

How do memberships work?

Aptitude isn't an "open gym" like Lifetime or LA fitness. We pride ourselves on the intentional programatic design and expertise expected with our training. 

Members can purchase packs of classes each month, or an unlimited membership. Space is limited for group classes, so members are required to book classes in advance with the Aptitude MindBody App. Private and semi-private training is scheduled individually with your trainer.

Can I use the facility to train on my own?

On a case by case basis, athletes who are either rehabilitating injuries, or need a place to train in the off-season are able to use the facility for simple flat rate.
